I really enjoyed my stay at Hamilton Hotel. The location is top-notch, just a short walk from many attractions. My room, a Standard King, offered a comfortable bed and was clean. I appreciated having a mini fridge in the room. The staff were friendly and helpful. they made check-in a breeze. However, the air conditioning was not very effective and made the room a bit uncomfortable at times. The common areas could use more seating, especially during busy times when guests want to relax. On one occasion, I had to wait a while for fresh towels, which was a bit inconvenient. Despite these issues, the positive aspects outweighed the negatives for me.

The hotel offers an excellent location near the White House, making it convenient for business meetings and sightseeing. The staff provided exceptional guest service with a warm and welcoming approach, enhancing my overall experience. The room was spacious with a large bathroom, and the restaurant served high-quality meals, contributing to a pleasant stay.

The complimentary access to the Peloton bikes was fantastic for my fitness routine. I loved feeling energized after a workout before our family adventures. A real highlight was dining at Via Sophia, where the pizza was handcrafted to perfection, thanks to the amazing service from Ahmed. He made our evening truly special.

In my wife’s opinion, the check-in process was frustratingly long. It would be great if they streamlined this for families, especially when traveling with kids.

Inconsistent AC performance!!! !!! The noise from adjacent rooms and hallways was distracting!!! Slow response from reception left much to be desired!!! Uncomfortable reading lights didn't support guest needs!!!
