I really enjoyed my stay at Hamilton Hotel. The location is top-notch, just a short walk from many attractions. My room, a Standard King, offered a comfortable bed and was clean. I appreciated having a mini fridge in the room. The staff were friendly and helpful. they made check-in a breeze. However, the air conditioning was not very effective and made the room a bit uncomfortable at times. The common areas could use more seating, especially during busy times when guests want to relax. On one occasion, I had to wait a while for fresh towels, which was a bit inconvenient. Despite these issues, the positive aspects outweighed the negatives for me.

I had a nice time during my stay. The lobby felt clean and inviting. As I enjoyed drinks at the bar, I noticed the staff were friendly and attentive, which made my experience feel more personal. It was enjoyable to see the management actively engaging with guests rather than just staying behind the desk. Coming from Liverpool, I appreciate a welcoming atmosphere.
I noticed some areas seemed outdated and a bit shabby compared to my previous visits. There was a facilities fee that felt unnecessary.

Excellent dining options with high-quality food, including delicious pizza and gnocchi, made for a delightful experience. The staff were particularly commendable, providing friendly and attentive service. However, the cleanliness of the room could use improvement, as a stray hair was found in the bathtub. Additionally, while one waiter was notably rude, the majority were simply satisfactory. Overall, the location is ideal for exploring nearby attractions.

The complimentary access to the Peloton bikes was fantastic for my fitness routine. I loved feeling energized after a workout before our family adventures. A real highlight was dining at Via Sophia, where the pizza was handcrafted to perfection, thanks to the amazing service from Ahmed. He made our evening truly special.
In my wife’s opinion, the check-in process was frustratingly long. It would be great if they streamlined this for families, especially when traveling with kids.

Inconsistent AC performance!!! !!! The noise from adjacent rooms and hallways was distracting!!! Slow response from reception left much to be desired!!! Uncomfortable reading lights didn't support guest needs!!!
